活動(dòng)時(shí)間：
20xx年3月21日~25日：報(bào)名
20xx年3月28日~31日：初賽 Round 1(16進(jìn)8，每天兩場(chǎng)比賽同時(shí)進(jìn)行)
20xx年4月5日~6日：復(fù)賽 Round 2(8進(jìn)4，每天兩場(chǎng)比賽同時(shí)進(jìn)行)
20xx年4月11日：半決賽 Simi-final(4進(jìn)2，兩場(chǎng)比賽同時(shí)進(jìn)行)
20xx年4月14日：決賽 Final(冠亞軍決賽+半決賽落敗兩隊(duì)決出三、四名)
活動(dòng)地點(diǎn)：
初賽～半決賽：國(guó)際學(xué)院一層答疑室(比賽日每晚7:00～8:00)
總決賽：國(guó)際學(xué)院一層報(bào)告廳(比賽日晚7:00～8:30)
參賽方式
大一新生每班各至少派出兩名同學(xué)組成一組，共12組。另備有8個(gè)自由報(bào)名名額，自由報(bào)名的同學(xué)可自愿或隨機(jī)分為兩人一組參賽。自由報(bào)名名額有限，報(bào)滿為止。共計(jì)16組選手。
比賽流程
選手及裁判在通知的時(shí)間或之前到達(dá)比賽場(chǎng)地，如因特殊原因不能參加，應(yīng)提前告知負(fù)責(zé)人，在征得對(duì)手以及負(fù)責(zé)人的.同意后可商議補(bǔ)賽時(shí)間。在比賽開(kāi)始15分鐘后仍未到達(dá)的隊(duì)伍，視為棄權(quán)，對(duì)手直接晉級(jí);
比賽于19:00正式開(kāi)始。主持人介紹規(guī)則，工作人員請(qǐng)選手抽簽決定正反方，請(qǐng)?jiān)u委代表抽簽決定本場(chǎng)題目。主持人宣布題目并開(kāi)始15分鐘倒計(jì)時(shí)，選手利用此15分鐘進(jìn)行準(zhǔn)備，期間可以與隊(duì)友自由討論。15分鐘計(jì)時(shí)停止后，選手關(guān)閉通訊設(shè)備，主持人宣布比賽開(kāi)始。
第一輪：正方一辯，反方一辯，正方二辯，反方二辯按順序分別陳述觀點(diǎn)，每人限時(shí)3分鐘;
第二輪：雙方輪流攻辯，每隊(duì)各有7分鐘的自由發(fā)言時(shí)間，由正方開(kāi)始發(fā)言。期間可以補(bǔ)充之前的觀點(diǎn)或向?qū)Ψ教釂?wèn)，對(duì)方亦可以拒絕回答，每隊(duì)剩1分鐘時(shí)提示一次。當(dāng)一隊(duì)時(shí)間用盡則進(jìn)入下一輪;
第三輪：雙方各派一名代表總結(jié)陳詞，限時(shí)3分鐘(剩半分鐘時(shí)提示一次);
總結(jié)陳詞完畢后，選手需離開(kāi)比賽場(chǎng)地，由評(píng)委商議比賽結(jié)果;
結(jié)果商議完畢后，選手回到各自場(chǎng)地，評(píng)委可決定是否進(jìn)行點(diǎn)評(píng)，點(diǎn)評(píng)完畢后主持人宣布比賽結(jié)果，本場(chǎng)比賽結(jié)束。
比賽規(guī)則
初賽：根據(jù)短信報(bào)名順序決定初賽分組，選手于比賽當(dāng)日通過(guò)抽簽決定正反方及辯題;
復(fù)賽：初賽勝出的各組選手在比賽結(jié)束后通過(guò)抽簽決定復(fù)賽對(duì)手;選手于比賽當(dāng)日通過(guò)抽簽決定正反方及辯題;
半決賽：復(fù)賽勝出的選手在比賽結(jié)束后通過(guò)抽簽決定半決賽對(duì)手，選手于比賽當(dāng)日通過(guò)抽簽決定正反方及辯題;半決賽勝出的兩隊(duì)進(jìn)入總決賽，落敗的兩隊(duì)進(jìn)入三、四名爭(zhēng)奪戰(zhàn);
決賽當(dāng)日選手通過(guò)抽簽決定正反方及辯題;先進(jìn)行三、四名爭(zhēng)奪戰(zhàn)，再進(jìn)行總決賽，最后進(jìn)行頒獎(jiǎng)典禮;
初賽及復(fù)賽的評(píng)委由大二學(xué)生、輔導(dǎo)員擔(dān)任，半決賽及決賽中的評(píng)委由外教擔(dān)任，評(píng)委組人數(shù)始終為單數(shù)。比賽采用評(píng)委評(píng)議決定勝負(fù)的辦法，裁決結(jié)果由評(píng)委組決定，最終解釋權(quán)由學(xué)實(shí)部所有。
比賽要求
1. 嚴(yán)格遵守規(guī)定時(shí)間，不得超時(shí);
2. 必須全程使用英文辯論;
3. 文明比賽，不得對(duì)對(duì)手言語(yǔ)過(guò)激或進(jìn)行人身攻擊。

English debating competition USES the international parliamentary form，with reference to the 13th "CNP cup" national English debating competition，concrete process is:

Note for the game stage:

The race stage questioner POI considerations:

3， audience member: the audience to sides each ask a question， select a player by both parties. The link at the end of the race， and increase the appreciation of the game， does not affect the result of the match.
