漫談當前小學德育教育

摘要：一個優秀的品德課課堂導入，不僅要能吸引學生的注意，還要能夠喚起學生真實生活經驗，從而引導他們更好的認識生活、學會生活。這就要求我們在設計課堂導入時，要根據學生的年齡、心理特征，從“激發學生興趣，啟迪學生思考，喚起學生情感”入手，吸引學生的學習注意，發揮導入的激勵功能；再結合具體的課堂教學主題，從“事實說話補認識，情景再現溫經歷，親身體驗強感受”入手設計導入，為突破課堂教學重點服務，從“形象感知釋感念，類比感悟滲道理，情景體悟揭困惑”入手設計導入，為解決課堂教學難點服務，發揮導入的鋪墊功能。從而真正提高品德課堂教學導入的實效性。 “為了生活、源于生活、高于生活、引導生活和發展生活”理念是新課程對品德學科教學的最深刻的闡述。品德課堂教學是教師主要任務，是帶教材走向兒童的生活和生活中的兒童的過程。教材中出現的一系列“生活”“生活事件”“生活主題”或“生活場景”基本上是屬于精心選擇的“美好生活圖景”，而不是或者說大多數不是原汁原味的生活場景。因此，課堂教學中，教師應該充分發揮學生的學習主動性，引導兒童從教材通向生活，把教材承載的價值、目標和兒童的生活有效地鏈接起來，讓兒童主動、積極地用真實生活和自主活動來展開教材中的“生活”和“活動”，從而達到“感受”，“體驗”教材中承載的價值目標。這一切入點在課堂教學的導入上。

This requests us when the design classroom inducts, must act according to student's age, the psychological feature, from “stimulates the student interest, enlightens the student to ponder, arouses the student emotion” to obtain, to attract student's study attention, the drive function which the display inducts; The recombination concrete classroom instruction subject, “makes up the understanding from the fact speech, the scene reappears the warm experience, experiences the strong feeling to obtain by oneself” to design inducts, serves with emphasis for the breakthrough classroom instruction, “releases from the vivid sensation thinks gratefully, the analogy feeling becomes aware infiltrates the truth, the scene realizes from experience uncovers puzzled” obtains to design inducts, serves for the solution classroom instruction difficulty, the display inducts upholstery function. Thus enhances the effectiveness which truly the personal character classroom instruction inducts. “to live, stem from the life, to be higher than the life, the guidance to live and to develop the life” the idea is the new curriculum to the personal character discipline teaching most profound elaboration. The personal character classroom instruction is the teacher primary mission, is the belt teaching material moves toward in child's life and the life child's process. In the teaching material appears a series of “the life” “the life event” “the life subject” or “the life scene” basically is belongs to the careful choice “the happy life prospect”, but is not or majority is not the original taste and flavor life scene. Therefore, in the classroom instruction, the teacher should display student's study initiative fully, guides the child from the teaching material to the life, the teaching material load bearing's value, the goal and child's life links effectively, lets the child initiative, positively launches in the teaching material with the real life and the independent activity “the life” and “the activity”, thus achieves “the feeling”, “experience” in teaching material load bearing value goal.
