talk about my job interview
some close friends told me"due to the falling economic situation,do not resign your current job as easy as a piece of cake".i really take it for granted and try to gain satisfaction in my present position as much as possible.but it doesn't work to follow the advice.some pessimist even announced"donot to be intend to make money over the one or two years,the bad economic weather will make you gain nothing except disappointment".does it really make sense?the answer is no.we cannot take the declining environment as an excuse to stop our forward step.contrarily,we cannot stop thinking the way of making profit,no matter you are on your own business or on your job position.for me,i am working as an assistant in a company.at present,i have no plan to run my own business.so i need to plan my job career instead.where i should go and which i should prepare for and what kinds of result is my most expectaion.here i would like to write down my present thinking.
for the first issue,where i should go.finally i decide to go ahead in this shipping industry.but in the past days,i missed some opportunities in my job interview.total i attended four times face to face interview,but i was rejected once again and again.what is the root cause to make me fail in the interview?i am still asking myself this question.i really think the bad result is depand on my poor performance in these interview.i cannot think of the convinced reason why i quit my current job,and cannot introduce myself clearly to the employers,and cannot understand the position i apply for.only answer questions raised by interviews one by one.has no positive attitude to communicate with them.i was thought all will be fine after you experienced.not focus on the process,but be confident that everything will come after experience is over.here i would like to admit my poor knowledge on the area and on the other hand,has not enough ability of speaking skill.my thinking logic will easily follow others'way of thinking,so it is common for me to accept others opinions or suggestion.i rare argue with people on daily life issue.this gentleman behaviour lead to two results,one result is people consider me as an easy-going man,many people would like to get along with me.but i have no truly friends,who we can not only share with your compliment,but also your disgreement or even argument.without this process,my ability of negotiation can not fully developed.so here is my motto,admire what you appreciate,argue what you disagree,fight for what you are completely dissatisfied.to be yourself and to be real yourself.
for the second issue,which i should prepare.not only i should clean up my way of thinking,and should be encouraged to raise my question,and soon think up the solution to the problem in my brain.and finally negotiate with them to reach win to win conclusion.even though no space can go ahead,we should make proper adjustment accepted by our side to cater for others expectaion.cultivate the ability of acting in emergency rather than blank in brain.basically,enough related skills and knowledge should be in store to cope with these experience.with these condition,in addition to our uprightness,humbleness,i will bring a deep impression to others.
now the last issue,what kinds of result is your most expectation.in the final interview,employer may provide an opportunity to raise your concerned question,you may ask the pomotion policy in the company,detailed education program in internal environment,etc.you will send a positive signal that you are interested this position,and you are considering the future planning in the company.while for salary issue,some people advise not to indicate the concrete amount salary that you are expect company to provide.the wise answer is a general amount.in a word,all depends on my working ability.best wishes.have a nice night!
