　　英文求職信的寫作步驟

　　一、寫信動機(jī)

　　通常求職信是針對報(bào)紙上招聘廣告而寫的。若此，信中須提到何月何日的報(bào)紙，有時(shí)工作機(jī)會是從朋友或介紹所聽來的，有時(shí)寫信人不知某機(jī)構(gòu)、公司有工作機(jī)會，毛遂自薦。

　　不論哪一種，求職信上一定要說明寫信的緣由和目的'，否則會讓收信人感覺唐突。因此首先應(yīng)該表明你是在何家媒體看到應(yīng)聘廣告以及所要應(yīng)聘的職位。

　　1. I am writing in response to your advertisement for a website manager, which appeared in the China Daily, May 15, 2003.

　　2.Learning from XX that you are looking for a sales manager, I should like to apply for the position. 從 XX 處得悉，貴公司正在招聘一名業(yè)務(wù)經(jīng)理，我愿應(yīng)招此職。

　　3. I should like to apply for the position mentioned in your advertisement in Changjiang Daily of Oct. 19.

　　二、自我介紹

　　寫信人應(yīng)述明自己的年齡或出生年月(次要)，尤其與應(yīng)征職位有關(guān)的訓(xùn)練或教育科目、教育背景、工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)或特殊技能(重要)。如無實(shí)際經(jīng)驗(yàn)，略述在學(xué)校類似經(jīng)驗(yàn)亦可。
