In response to your advertisement in the classifieds section of The New York Times, dated 27th November, 20XX, I wish to apply for the post of construction maintenance manager in your organization.
I am sure that my professional qualification and experience as a construction maintenance manager will surely meet your expectations. I have more than five years of experience in the field of construction. My last job was with High Rise Constructions for tenure of three years. My job responsibilities were ensuring that the equipments used for construction are maintained and also prepare maintenance planning and schedules.
I have excellent knowledge of rotating equipment and standard maintenance protocols. I am also excellent in doing field planning. The opportunity to work with an organization like yours would be a great learning experience. If given an opportunity I am confident that I can contribute towards the growth of the organization.
