Following our call interview discussions, we are offering the position of Testing Engineer of R&D Dept.

We outline below the term and conditions, which will apply upon your acceptance of the appointment.
有關(guān)職位具體描述如下，將會在您正式接受委任時(shí)生效：
1.Position: Testing Engineer of R&D Dept.
職位：R&D部門測試工程師
2.Commencement Date: Sep.20 2008
開始日期：2008年9月20日
3.Responsibilities:
Your specific responsibilities have been discussed with you, and are summarized in the position description which will be provided to upon commencement.
職責(zé)：參照〈職位描述說明〉
4.Reporting:
You will report directly to PM of R&D Dept.—Alexander Zhao.
匯報(bào)：您將直接測試部經(jīng)理趙江華先生匯報(bào)。
5.Salary:
USD $1000/month(Gross salary pre-tax)per month paid on a 12-month basis per year after confirmation.
A review of your salary will take place in the last month of each year.
薪金：
您將每年獲得12個(gè)月的基本薪金，每月的薪金為稅前1000美元。
每年最后一個(gè)月我們將會對您的薪酬水平進(jìn)行評估。
6.Annual Leave:
You will be entitled to annual leave in accordance with the company policy.

7.Probationary Period:
The probationary period is 3 months from commencement date.
試用期：從入職日起計(jì)算，前三個(gè)月是您的試用期。
8.Contract Period:
The contract period is three years from commencement date.
合同期：合同期為三年，從入職第一天開始計(jì)算。
9.Hours of Work:
Full time work,40 hours per week,8 hours per day，the weekend two days off.
全職，每周工作40小時(shí)，每日工作8小時(shí)，周末雙休。
10.Pre-employment medical check-up:
Your employment is subject to passing a pre-employment medical check-up at company appointed hospital. If the medical check-up result shows your health condition cannot meet the requirements of labor law or our company, the offer letter will be cancelled immediately without any compensation.
入職前醫(yī)療檢查：
每位準(zhǔn)員工在入職前必須通過公司指定的醫(yī)院的醫(yī)療檢查。如體檢證明不符合勞動法或公司所要求的勞動健康標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，此聘任書即時(shí)取消，且公司將不作出任何補(bǔ)償。
