　　A: You know our company is thinking of setting up a suggestion scheme now. (題目的`前一半)

　　B: Yeah, just to encourage members of staff at all levels to put forward some ideas and suggestions. (題目的后一半)Not a bad idea, I must say. (補充性發言)

　　A: So how can we set up the scheme so that all staff members will feel free to contribute? (第一個圓點后的問題，以問句形式提出)

　　B: Well, we should definitely make sure that the scheme is open to everyone, regardless of hierarchy in the corporate ladder. (觀點1)
