大作文方面--文化的話題會成為本月考試的重點話題，特別要關注語言消失，文化交流，廣告利弊，建筑功能和老建筑的話題。環保的話題越來越多的出現在雅思考試中，因此要求同學們多準備這方面的詞匯和句型。教育考題仍是主流的考試內容，不能忽視。9.18小作文大家還是多準備那些常見的圖形題目：數據圖，餅圖，流程圖，地圖等。9.18流程圖機率小，就是考到也會是比較簡單的，大家可以放心。經常發現考試時考生作文題目看錯，看不懂，或單詞誤解，造成離題，偏題現象，比如8月9日考試時，A類大作文是In some countries ,governments are encouraging industries and businesses to move out of large cities and into regional areas ,do you think advantages of this development outweigh its disadvantages. Give reasons for you answer and include examples from your knowledge or experiences。有的考生就把regional areas 看成religious areas，有的考生都不知道outweigh的意思。所以建議考生在考前要熟悉常考的作文題目，選擇5-10篇的題目寫一寫，請人批改，再讀范文提高。可以看寫作機經和里面范文，但是如果你想考到6.5以上，考前絕對少不了自己寫10篇。預測里面有抓了重點，因此希望大家把預測里面的作文都認真準備一下。

5. Some people think that the government should provide assistance to all kinds of artists including painters, musicians and poets, etc. However, other people think that is a waste of money. Discuss both views and give your opinion.
6. Some people think that we can use animals in any way for the benefits of human beings. Others disagree. Discuss both views and give your opinion.
7. In some countries, advertisers increase the amount of advertising which try to persuade children to buy snacks, toys，and other goods. Parents object to such pressure on children. But some advertisers claim that there is useful information in these advertisements. Discuss both views and give your opinion.
8.It is not necessary for students to go to school, because more information is accessible on the internet. Instead, children can study at home. Do you agree or disagree?
9. People should look after their health as a duty to the society in which they live rather than only as their own personal benefit. To what extent do you agree or disagree?
10.Some people say that governments should pay for the health care and education, but other people say that it is not the governments' responsibility. Discuss and give your views.
11.Schools offer a wide range of courses such as physical education, music, economics, philosophy, math, English，geography, physics and history. Among all these subjects, which one do you think is the most important and which one is the least important?
12.Some people think children’s spending time on TV, video and PC games is good, while others think it is bad. Discuss both views and give your own opinion.
