　　幫助別人也是幫助自己

　　Helping others has always been a traditional Chinese culture.But nowadays it is strange that people dare not give their helping hands to those in need.We've all heard story.An allegory goes that in hell,people are emaciated around the table because the spoon is so long and everyone s just concerned with feeding themselves while in heaven with the same kind of spoon,people are full and happy because they feed each other.

　　This story is quite thought-provoking.It focus us to rethink our degrading moral sense and whether we should always help others.Though helping others,people tend to have higher mental well-being and happiness,which not only improves physical health but also facilitates personal growth and development.Apart from that,when you help other people get what they want, they will be more willing to help you.It is more likely to establish a harmonious interpersonal relationship and help create a good social climate.

　　All in all,helping people in need should be advocated since it is always consider as a traditional virtue.Helping others is very often the best way to help yourself.No matter what the motivation is,donating time and energy to others can take you out of yourself.

　　In recent years,the office medias have pointed out that students’ time spend in the library dropped tremendously from 30 hours a week to about 10 hours a week,while their time spend on the E-books soared from 15 hours a week to 28 hours a week.

　　There are probably a variety of reasons for this phenomenon.On the one hand,as smart phones and other mobile devices spread,people have been hooked on everything related to digital technology,paper books are increasingly replaced by digital ones. On the other hand,in this fast-paced culture, it enables people to get E-books more quickly and easily,and to carry more than one book by just one device.Digital books make it possible to read in pieces of time and to gain much more information and knowledge.

　　But E-books just like a two-edge-knife ,it has some disadvantages.First of all,reading on digital devices can lead to distractions,which will reduce immersive reading time and nagatively affect reading quality.What’s more,the inconvenience of making notes make it impossible for readers to achieve critical understanding as well as deep thinking.

　　According to the previous discussions,we can come to the conclusion that much attention should be given to students’ choice.On its own,digital book is neither good or nor bad;it depend on how students use it.

　　對生活的態(tài)度

　　It is natural that difficulties hide in every corner of our life,so we have to face them at times.But the problem is that sometimes we can do nothing to the challenging situations as our abilities are limited.In this case,what can we do is to change our attitude towards these difficulties.Just as the saying goes,”You can’t change the weather,but you can change your mood.”

　　Facing the misfortunes in our lives,some people choose to adopt an optimistic attitude to cope with it,while some prefer to hold a pessimistic attitude to complain about what they have lost.It is clear that the former will treasure what they have to lead a happy and substantial life,and the latter will end up with grief and depression for a long time.Therefore,we can say life is like a mirror which laughs as you laugh and cries as you cry.We should keep in mind that attitude determines everything.

　　Above all,to be bravely faced with happiness and sadness in the future,we need to have an optimistic and active attitude towards life. Only in this way can we surmount the tough surroundings and gain more power to pursue our dreams.

　　自學(xué)還是有人教更有效?

　　Most of us can learn how to do something simple on our own with just a set of instructions. However, to learn about something more complex, it's always best to have a teacher.

　　Teachers bring with them varied and useful backgrounds. They've been trained to teach individuals in different ways depending on their style. For instance, omen students learn better by discussing a topic. Others learn more by writing about it. Teachers can help students learn in the way that's best of each student. A textbook or a manual can only give you one way of learning something. Plus they're only as helpful as your ability to understand them. A good teacher can adapt her teaching to your needs.

　　Teachers help you focus on what you're learning. If you're learning something by yourself, it’s easy to become distracted, and go on to other activities. Teachers keep your attention on the subject. They also approach a subject logically, taking it one step at a time. On your own, it's tempting to skip parts of the learning process you think you don’t need. That can binder your ability to really understand the subject.

　　Learning a subject on your own is a very narrow way of learning. You can only use the information you get from the textbook. With a teacher, you get the information in the written materials as well as the teacher's own knowledge of the topic. Teachers can also provide extra materials to broaden the scope of what you're learning.

　　There's nothing wrong with studying on your own, and a learner can always benefit from some quiet study. For the best possible learning, though, a good teacher is the biggest help you can have.
