外企英語面試啥樣子?各外企的英語面試形式各異，但基本流程是差不多的。第一輪面試一般由公司人力資源部的人員擔任考官，他們會從你的個人簡歷出發(fā)，詢問 一些有關個人的問題，比如請你用英語做一個自我介紹。有些公司，也會有一部分英語筆試，如雅芳公司，其筆試中包含一個中英互譯的項目，主要考查應聘者基本 的語言運用能力。
第二輪面試則由部門主管經理出面，這時候，有關業(yè)務方面的問題成了面試的重點，所以英語面試也從個人情況轉向了專業(yè)領域。比如應聘市場部，則應聘者通常會被要求談一談以往最成功的一個案例，或者自身的業(yè)務強項等。
如果前面一路綠燈大亮，那么，最后一輪面試就要和bigboss———公司的總裁面對面了。外企的總裁一般是老外，當然面試就變成全英語的了。總裁詢問的 問題一般會和公司的精神、企業(yè)文化有關。一位曾任職默沙東制藥的小姐說，她在參加的默沙東最后一輪面試時，默沙東老總看到她是學新聞出身的，便要求她談談 對中國新聞媒體的看法，因為默沙東制藥一直對新聞媒體有其比較獨特的態(tài)度。通過這樣比較宏觀的問題，招聘方想要發(fā)現的是，應聘者的理念是否與公司的文化精 神相契合。
如何應對英語面試
英語從小開始學，可學了10來年，有的人還是“啞巴英語”。到了要找飯碗的緊要關頭，則對一些“成功英語面試培訓”饑不擇食。其實，冰凍三尺，非一日之寒，速成是不可能的，只能在平時積累的基礎上，注意一些細節(jié)，運用一些技巧，給自己加上幾個成功的籌碼。
首先，平時要注意訓練聽力，至少要聽得懂考官的問題，如果考官一個問題出來，你卻聽得云里霧里，然后來兩三個“Pardon”，那現場氣氛定會急轉直下。說話要流利，思維要連貫，層次要清晰，不要夾雜中文，可以用“well”、“however”這樣的過渡詞來給自己停頓和思考，同時，也使得自己的表述顯得口語化一些。
其次，發(fā)音要標準。在與外國boss面談的過程中，發(fā)音的正確清晰與否是最為重要的。不要因為害怕犯語法錯誤而不敢說，大多數時候一些細小的語法錯誤 并不影響交際的進行，老外們也不會特別在意。如果要說某個詞卻一時想不起來，那就換種說法，盡量避免卡殼，卡殼會導致冷場。總之不管怎么樣，都要自信滿滿 地，把英文說得讓人聽上去像那么回事。
先期準備
主要是個人情況和業(yè)務方面。專業(yè)英語的準備要充足，有時會被要求用英語解釋一個專業(yè)術語或解答一個技術問題。還可去公司的英文網站了解一下企業(yè)文化，這在 與bigboss面談的中會有幫助的。
