　　做自己

　　I believe that everyone will have the moment that they envy others, they want to be others. It is so common, people will see other people’s advantages easily, while at the same time, they feel they are not equal with the others. Actually, everyone has something special, there is no need to envy others, we might be envied by others. We can just be ourselves, just do what we want to do. Today, more and more people are doing plastic surgery, because they are not confident with themselves, they think the beautiful face makes them outstand, this is wrong idea. Just be yourself, you have the shinning point that makes you outstand. Don’t be jealous other blindly。

　　我相信每個(gè)人都會(huì)有這樣的時(shí)刻，他們嫉妒別人，想要成為別人。這樣很正常的，人們很容易看到別人的長處，但是同時(shí)，他們覺得自己比不上別人。事實(shí)上，每個(gè)人都有特別之處，沒有必要去羨慕別人，我們可能也是受到別人的羨慕。我們做自己，做我們自己想做的。今天，越來越多的人都說整容手術(shù)，因?yàn)樗麄儗?duì)自己不自信，他們覺得美麗的臉龐讓他們出眾，這是錯(cuò)誤的想法。做自己，你有閃光點(diǎn)，那才是讓你出眾的地方。不要盲目羨慕別人。

　　學(xué)習(xí)和玩耍

　　Everyone has to study, going to school occupies a lot of people’s time, before they go to work, they need to study in the school. In China, students work very hard, for they have a lot of pressure, they have many exams to take, so students are immerged into the books all the time. While studying all the time is not good for students, they need to go out of the classroom and take in some fresh air. The outside world is beautiful, they can play with their friends, watching movies, taking a break now and then. Play can make study better, students can have new idea, so they won’t stuck in the unsolved problem. Study needs to combine with play。

　　每個(gè)人都要學(xué)習(xí)，上學(xué)占據(jù)了很多人的時(shí)間，在他們工作前，他們需要在學(xué)校上學(xué)。在中國，學(xué)生很努力學(xué)習(xí)，因?yàn)樗麄冇泻艽蟮膲毫Γ�他們有很多的考試，因此學(xué)生整天埋頭苦讀。然而整天學(xué)習(xí)并不利于學(xué)生，他們需要走出教室，呼吸新鮮的空氣。外面的世界很美，他們可以和朋友玩，看看電影，時(shí)而不時(shí)的休息下。玩耍能讓學(xué)習(xí)更有效率，學(xué)生可以有新的注意，這樣他們就不會(huì)被無法解決的難題困住。學(xué)習(xí)要和玩耍結(jié)合起來。

　　關(guān)于友誼

　　In our daily life, if we get on harmoniously with our friends, we’ll feel more joyous. But we’ll feel lonely without friends.When our friends feel upset or get ill, we shouldn’t ignore them or look down upon them. On the contrary, we ought to calm them down, show our love and concern to them and try our best to help them overcome the hardships. Sometimes we may have some misunderstandings or disagreements with our friends, thus we had better have a discussion with them and try to accept their good ideas instead of quarreling with them. As long as we can follow these good suggestions, we’ll find it easy to make more friends。

　　在日常生活中，如果我們跟朋友相處融洽，我們的心情也會(huì)更加愉悅。然而若是沒有朋友則會(huì)覺得孤單。當(dāng)我們的朋友憂傷或是生病時(shí)，我們不應(yīng)冷落或輕起他們，相反地，我們要幫他們平撫心情，盡自己最大的努力關(guān)心他，幫助他渡過難關(guān)。有時(shí)候我們會(huì)與朋友產(chǎn)生誤會(huì)，發(fā)生分歧，這時(shí)我們最好是跟朋友好好談?wù)劧�不要爭吵，盡量理解他的好的想法。只要我們遵循這些建議，我們會(huì)發(fā)現(xiàn)想要結(jié)交更多的朋友很簡單。
