商店攤位租賃合同

 

　　1 、出租人同意出租，承租人同意租賃位于_________ 的店房_________ 間，房號為_________ ，電話號碼為_________ ，租期為_________ 年，月租金_________ 元（_________ 幣）。

 

　　2 、在以上第1 條款中所規(guī)定的租期，從出租人完成第3 條款所有規(guī)定并在7 天內(nèi)通知承租方后開始生效。
