(1) 堅(jiān)守工作崗位，嚴(yán)格執(zhí)行鍋爐房的各項(xiàng)規(guī)章制度、精心操作，確保鍋爐的'安全運(yùn)行。上崗人員應(yīng)該對(duì)鍋爐的結(jié)構(gòu)、性能和操作方法有深刻的了解并持司爐操作證，才能進(jìn)行獨(dú)立操作。
(2)當(dāng)班人員要嚴(yán)格遵守勞動(dòng)紀(jì)律，不遲到、不早退、不做與工作無(wú)關(guān)的事，不得擅自離開工作崗位、不得違章操作。
(3)在工作時(shí)間內(nèi)，司爐工應(yīng)集中思想，注意儀表，負(fù)責(zé)進(jìn)行起火、停爐、換水等操作，隨時(shí)注意控制臺(tái)工作儀表變化，監(jiān)視壓力表、水位表，觀察鍋爐運(yùn)行情況。出現(xiàn)問(wèn)題及時(shí)報(bào)告處理，對(duì)安全器械保護(hù)裝置，煤斗、大小孔門、吸灰器及各擋板位置，認(rèn)真進(jìn)行檢查及維護(hù)鍋爐的保養(yǎng)工作。

任職要求：
技能要求/專業(yè)水平：
1、熱能與動(dòng)力工程、航空發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)等專業(yè)、碩士以上學(xué)歷優(yōu)先；
2、具備航空發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)、微型燃?xì)廨啓C(jī)總體性能設(shè)計(jì)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)者有限；

初級(jí)工程師固定薪資：起薪8000元/月，成績(jī)優(yōu)異的一本本科應(yīng)屆畢業(yè)生
中級(jí)工程師固定薪資：起薪15000元/月，須有三年以上項(xiàng)目經(jīng)驗(yàn)
