My name is juanjuan Xu , and I will graduate from Xi'an FanYi University in the year 2003, My major is secretary in English department.
It’s my great pleasure to have this opportunity to improve our mutual understanding. During the three –year college study, I tried my best to learn all kinds of knowledge, and weigh the hard work of my teachers and myself; I have mastered English listening, speaking, writing and reading skills.
Moreover, I have a good command of business English and the basic theory, public relationship of secretary. 英語的特點也是指信函正文的特點。英語信不同于其它體裁的英語作文，它并不要求華麗的詞藻，也不講究修辭。概括起來，英語求職信有如下幾個特點：
(1) Clearness(明了)：
要突出的主題，開場白要直截了當(dāng)，不要繞圈子，應(yīng)直接道明寫信意圖，在介紹個人情況時，應(yīng)多說你能為公司做些什么。另外，層次要分明，使讀信人一目了然。
(2) Conciseness(簡潔)
：言簡意賅，文字力求簡短。把必要的事項說清楚，不提與無關(guān)的事。盡量使用短句，少用復(fù)合句、避免陳詞濫調(diào)。
(3) Correctness(準(zhǔn)確)：
達意準(zhǔn)確。平時要注意語言修養(yǎng)的提高，隨時收集并掌握豐富的常用習(xí)慣短語，這樣才能在寫時運用自如，做到語言的準(zhǔn)確。信中應(yīng)避免使用過多的形容詞和副詞。
(4) Politeness(禮貌)：
話語要禮貌、既要尊重對方，又要切忌迎合，恭維或表現(xiàn)得過分熱情，態(tài)度要不卑不亢。獲得招聘消息后應(yīng)及時寫、拖延時間也是不禮貌的。
