溫馨提示：簡歷的中西化差異
1.表格化： 國內(nèi)許多企業(yè)喜歡請應聘者現(xiàn)場填寫表格，以此用手寫字體辨別性格。很多國內(nèi)求職者的兩張中英文簡歷表格，看似工整，實則無形中把思想也框在里面，無法行文發(fā)揮。
2.工作經(jīng)歷時間順序是顛倒的：國內(nèi)簡歷喜歡把工作經(jīng)驗從最早的寫起，而英語簡歷則相反，需從最近的經(jīng)歷寫起。這點一定要注意，日期精確到月即可。
3.隱私：西方人和東方人對隱私的概念和解釋不同。英文簡歷不需注明出生年月日、身份證號碼、婚姻狀況、籍貫、種族、信仰、健康狀況或家庭情況。如某國外高管曾問hr：黨員是一種榮譽還是一種頭銜?外資企業(yè)可以招他進來嗎?而國內(nèi)企業(yè)基本都要求將婚姻狀況等寫在簡歷上。我見到過一份簡歷，一上來把太太的姓名，現(xiàn)在讀博士的學校寫在自己的簡歷上，這在西方是不可思議的。
4.目前薪資和期望薪資：西方簡歷基本不寫目前薪資和期望薪資。這點要特別注意。因為每間企業(yè)的薪酬福利架構均不相同，在外資企業(yè)薪資屬公司保密范疇。
5.mobility (流動性)：大型企業(yè)或集團基本均在全國或世界各地設有辦事處或分公司，英文簡歷上若可注明你期望工作的城市，是否可以被調(diào)動去其他城市，將會在職場上遇到更多機會。
6. reason for leave (離職原因)：許多人習慣在每份工作的結尾注明離職原因。但你真的認為寫上職業(yè)發(fā)展就真能打動面試官嗎?關于這點，請獵頭去標注好了。
