教育部規(guī)定，招聘企業(yè)最早可以進校園招聘的時間為11月20日，但用人單位卻提前涌進各大高校校園。然而，今年招聘企業(yè)無論是招聘人數(shù)還是薪資條件都令明年畢業(yè)的應屆生初感就業(yè)寒意，2013就業(yè)形勢嚴峻依舊。職業(yè)規(guī)劃專家給大學生提出的意見是，在大學期間就做好職業(yè)規(guī)劃，才是求職就業(yè)的立足點和出路。

Employers want you to show that you have used your time and the resources that colleges provide to put together a portfolio of experience relevant to the professional life you want to pursue post-graduation.The same lesson applies as well in other more "traditional" pursuits. Colleges provide opportunity for work-study programs, summer internships, and entree into volunteer work to those entering almost any field.

To be sure, students are influenced by national economic trends and conditions. College can't guarantee a job. But if you're a student that goes about the tasks of building your portfolio of experience, demonstrating your personal network while also getting your education, college can be a place where you get a leg up on your competition so that you're ready to move out of your parents' home and on with your life.
要確定的是，學生會被當前的經(jīng)濟趨勢和狀況影響，學校并不能保證學生找到工作。但是如果你有各方面的經(jīng)歷，在校時不忘拓寬人脈，大學就是你提升競爭力的地方，將來可以脫離父母的保護，開創(chuàng)自己的天地。
