做成過什么，代表著你的能力和水平。在這部分，你主要介紹與應聘職位所需能力相關的個人業績，包括校內活動成果和校外實踐成果。介紹個人業績，就是擺成績，把自己在不同階段做成的有代表性的事情介紹清楚。
你在介紹個人業績時，需要注意以下方面——
（1）業績要與應聘職位需要的能力緊密相關。如果你應聘文員，就不需要介紹銷售業績；
（2）介紹“你自己”的業績，而不是團隊業績，因為用人單位要招聘的是“你”，而不是“你們”；
（3）業績要有量化的數字，要有具體的證據。不要用籠統的“很好”、“很多”；也不要用“大概”、“約”、“基本”等概數，而要用確切的數字，例如：我一周內賣出了34箱方便面；
（4）介紹的內容應當有所側重，不要說流水賬，要著重介紹那些能體現自己能力的重點；
（5）介紹業績取得的具體過程時，要巧妙地埋伏筆。例如：在介紹校外實踐成果時，你可以這樣描述：“在工作中遇到了很多的問題，不過我還是成功地克服并達成了業務目標。”引導面試官提問“遇到了哪些問題”，然后你就可以進一步闡述細節內容，體現出自己處理問題的能力。

想做什么，代表著你的職業理想。在這個部分，你應該介紹自己對應聘職位、行業的看法和理想，包括你的職業生涯規劃、對工作的興趣與熱情、未來的工作藍圖、對行業發展趨勢的看法等。在介紹時，你還要針對應聘職位合理編排每部分的內容。與應聘職位關系越密切的內容，介紹的次序越靠前，介紹得越詳細。
你在自我介紹時，還應該避開介紹內容的禁忌——忌諱主動介紹個人愛好。忌諱使用過多的“我”字眼。忌諱頭重腳輕。忌諱介紹背景而不介紹自己。忌諱夸口。忌諱說謊。忌諱過于簡單，沒有內容。
