　　應聘者在參加英語面試前大都作過充分的語言知識的準備與練習。那么在眾多的英語語法規則中為什么要單獨強調時態的運用呢?其一是因為由于和漢語的表達習慣不同，這是一個口語中極其常見的錯誤。但同時來說，時態又是比較基本的語法點，一旦用錯，會讓面試官對面試者的英語能力產生質疑。其二是因為在面試過程中，往往會涉及到很多關于個人經歷，教育背景，工作經驗，職業規劃等方面的問題，因此在表述某件事情或是某個想法的時候，一定要注意配合正確的`時態，否則就會造成差之毫厘，失之千里的后果。

　　與英語考試的口試不同，面試人員通常是由航空公司的人事主管，空乘部門主管或公司高層組成，他們更關心和器重的是你的專業知識和工作能力，而英語此時只是一種交流工具，或者說是你要展示的眾多技能中的一種，因此要切忌為說英語而說英語，有些人就怕自己的英語減分，為了希望給面試官留下英語水平高的印象，常常會大量的使用事先準備好的花哨的詞匯及句式，而真正針對面試官所提問題的、與工作有關的個人見解卻很少。最后除了得到一句英語不錯的夸獎之外，恐怕很難有理想的收獲。

　　Through these i have a deeply understanding of domestic packaging industry. compared to developed countries such as us, unfortunately, although we have made extraordinary progress since 1978,our packaging industry are still underdeveloped, mess, unstable, the situation of employees in this field are awkard. but i have full confidence in a bright future if only our economy can keep the growth pace still.

　　I guess you maybe interested in the reason itch to law, and what is my plan during graduate study life, i would like to tell you that pursue law is one of my lifelong goal,i like my major packaging and i won"t give up,if i can pursue my master degree here i will combine law with my former education.
