外企英語(yǔ)面試注意事項(xiàng)及禁忌

　　1.BodyLanguage(肢體語(yǔ)言)

　　Most interviewers greet the applicant with a handshake.Make sure that your claspis firm.Being jittery about the interview can resultin cold，clammy hands，which create anegative impression.Therefore，make sure yourhands are warmand dry.Before leaving，try to find out exactly what action will follow the interview and when it will happen.Shakehands as you say good-bye and thank the interviewerf or spending time with you.

　　(面試的雇主大都會(huì)與應(yīng)聘者握握手。要確保你的握手有力量。情緒緊張地來(lái)參加面試會(huì)使你伸出的手冰冷潮濕，會(huì)給雇主留下負(fù)面印象。所以，要讓你的手溫暖干燥。臨走之前，爭(zhēng)取問(wèn)問(wèn)面試后下一步該是什么，何時(shí)開始。道別時(shí)要握手感謝雇主花時(shí)間對(duì)你進(jìn)行面試。)

　　要注意：Don’t shakehand with the interviewer until he/she extends his/her hand.(人家伸手時(shí)才握手。)Don’t sit down until invited to do so by the interviewer.(人家未請(qǐng)，先別坐下。)

　　2.Eye Contact(眼神的交流)

　　Always maintain eye contact with the interviewer.Makeeye-contact with the interviewer during theinterview.Show that you are confident by looking straight at the person.

　　(和雇主要一直保持目光接觸。面試時(shí)，眼睛要看著對(duì)方。直視對(duì)方說(shuō)明你有自信。)

　　而不是Fails to look interviewer in the eye不敢正視。

　　3.Active Listener(做一個(gè)積極的聆聽者)

　　面試時(shí)要Listen actively and stay calm.(注意聽，保持冷靜。)而對(duì)方的一舉一動(dòng)，雖然無(wú)言，卻也可能有意。要善于察言觀色，明察秋毫，比如，自己說(shuō)得太多了就要注意一下是不是自己太羅嗦了，沒(méi)有掌握好時(shí)間。主試人認(rèn)為該結(jié)束面試時(shí)，往往會(huì)說(shuō)以下這些暗示的話語(yǔ)，例：

　　I‘m grateful for your concern about the job at our company.

　　我很感激你對(duì)我們公司這項(xiàng)工作的關(guān)注。

　　Thank you for your concern about our recruitment，We shall inform you as soon as we have made our decision.

　　謝謝你對(duì)我們招聘工作的關(guān)心。我們一做出決定就會(huì)立即通知你。

　　We have known something abou tyou.You know，we have to interview several applicants we make our final decision.

　　你的情況我們已經(jīng)了解了。你知道，在做出最后決定之前我們還要面試幾位申請(qǐng)人。

　　面試的三個(gè)大忌：

　　第一個(gè)大忌：

　　There is not prepared for interview.(對(duì)面試無(wú)準(zhǔn)備)。當(dāng)面試官問(wèn)到某個(gè)問(wèn)題時(shí)說(shuō)：Idon’tknowforsure.(我不確切知道。)或者顯得Lacks planning for career;has no purpose or goals.(對(duì)自己的事業(yè)沒(méi)有安排;沒(méi)有目標(biāo)和理想。)

　　第二個(gè)大忌：

　　Is unwilling to start at the bottom;expects too much too soon.(不愿從基層干起;要求太多。)或者Overemphasizesmoney;isinterestedonlyinthebestdollaroffer.(只對(duì)最佳報(bào)酬感興趣。)

　　第三個(gè)大忌：

　　不檢點(diǎn)自己的一言一行，這些都可能引起別人的注意，影響自己的形象。例：

　　Has a poor personal appearance.(衣著形象不佳。)

　　Has limp，weak handshake.(握手時(shí)軟弱無(wú)力。)

　　Don’t talk with your mouthfull.嘴里有食物，不可開口說(shuō)話。

　　Don’t blow your nose or use the tooth pick attable.不要擤鼻涕或用牙簽剔牙
