　　1. 中國旅游業的發展前景十分令人鼓舞，世界旅游組織預測，到2020年， 中國將成為世界第一大旅游目的地國家和第四大客源輸出國。

　　2. 中國加入世貿組織是中國自身經濟發展的需要，也是世貿組織自身完善和發展的需要。

　　3. 在大多數情況下，目的一致(盈利)而方式各異的交易的雙方最終都要經過談判來做成生意。。

　　4. 我們現在寄上一本樣本及新產品的價目表，我們相信優良的品質一定會吸引你方向我們發出試訂單。

　　5. 我們無意催促你方作出決定，但是由于該商品需求量大，為了你方的利益我們建議你方接受我們的報盤。

　　二、英譯漢 (50分)

　　Under some systems of law, trade terms have, at least traditionally, been used only to determine the division of costs between the parties. However, in present international custom the main purpose of trade terms is to determine at what points the seller could be said to have been delivered to the buyer.

　　Uncertainty about these obligations could be very harmful for the contracting parties. Lack of precision would almost inevitably lead to disputes, including litigation, and to a considerable increase in "overhead" expenditures in everyday operations.

　　Moreover, the parties in different countries would be very unwilling to subject themselves to the laws and practices of the other. They would probably feel secure using the laws of their own country but would find it difficult to assess the consequences of rules of interpretations used in a foreign country. In order to be truly useful, trade terms should have universal application and should make explicit the obligations of both parties. This is the aim of Incoterms. -
