I already graduated for four years, now work in China Mobile Guangzhou Tianhe Branch company,I am mainly responsible for site planning in all grid, network optimization, deal with leadership complaint, the MTR, ATU, The worst cell processing optimization.
I am proficient in Ericsson G network optimization, have a deep understanding of the entire calling procedure,good at signaling process. Familiar with the meaning of the various types of wireless parameters, proficient in Ericsson KL switching algorithm and familiar with Ericsson OSS operating system ,can take advantage of the CTR NCS, the CNA, the MRR and other tools to extract the all kinds of indicators,analysis and process various types of differential cell ,enhance the network indicator. Master the Ericsson 2000 and 6000 series equipment and its function principle, especially have a deep understanding RBS6201 6601 function module. Familiar with the plot data makeing ,process of the MO data, transfer data, and have a deep understanding of the transmission principle . In addition to ,I am familiar with the basic meaning of the various types of alarm code and I can troubleshoot the corresponding base station fault do according to the various types of alarm code .
As a team learder by leading more than a 10-person,Besides I am Skilled professionals, I am also learning a lot of managing experience from the management position , skillful in the room sub-major stations from the bill of lading to the opening of all the engineering process. Under the team effort, the grid of the network indicator is always the best .The ATU evaluation so far never had dropped calls or disconnected issues. In addition, in the handling of important complaints ,I also solved several unconventional cases of complaint, and being praised by leader.
