外企漲薪11.6% 半數外企調高畢業生起薪

　　CPI高企，企業紛紛調薪。近日公布的薪酬調查報告顯示，2012年上海外資企業調薪幅度平均值為11.6%，有1/4的企業調薪幅度超過15%。

　　在這份薪酬調查報告中，制造型企業調薪幅度平均值為13.3%，非制造型企業為10.6%，高于2012年2-3個百分點。此次調研活動共有180多家企業參加，從投資類型來看，歐美企業超過75%。從行業來看，制造型企業接近1/4，服務型企業超過1/3。

　　調查顯示，2012年上海地區半數外企調高畢業生起薪。畢業生起薪中位值：大專學歷為2000元，本科學歷為3000元，碩士學歷為4500元，博士學歷為6500元。中智薪酬顧問分析后認為，企業用人需求持續增加，企業在畢業生招聘市場的人才爭奪一定程度上提升了畢業生的起薪水平。另外，今年有41.3%的企業增加了招聘數量。
