Once, I read a story in a book, it told about an old man was on the train, he lost one of his shoes on the window, to everyone's surprise, he dropped his another shoe out of window quickly. People asked why he was doing that, he said that if the person picked up one of his shoes, it was useless, but a pair of shoes could be valuable. The old man is so general and he has the positive attitude towards life. The positive attitude is very important, when we meet difficulties, we will get over them. If we feel frustrated all the time, then we will not be happy. We can't change bad things, but we can change our attitude.
有一次，我在一本書上讀到一個故事，講述了火車上的一位老人，他在窗邊弄丟了一只鞋子，令大家感到吃驚的是，他迅速把另外一只鞋子也扔出窗外。人們問他為什么那樣做，他說如果有人撿到他的一只鞋子，是沒有用處的，但是一雙鞋子就有價值。老人家是慷慨的，他對生活有著樂觀的態(tài)度。樂觀的態(tài)度是很重要的，當我們遇到困難了，就能克服。如果我們總是覺得沮喪，就不會開心。我們無法改變壞事情，但是可以改變我們的態(tài)度。
We are middle school students and we are busy with our lessons. So some people think we should concentrate more on our studies. If we volunteer to help others, it’s a waste of time. But I think volunteering is great. I not only feel good about helping others but also get to spend time doing what I love to do. And from volunteering I have learned many things that I have never learned in class. So if I have an oppoutunity, I’d like to visit old people’s home to clean up for them. I’d also like to help sick kids in hospital. I love kids and I plan to put my love to good use by working in hospital. In a word, I’d like to help people who need help. If everyone helps out a bit, the world will be more colorful.

If our bodies are not strong, our spirit to do things will certainly be quite dull.and at the same time, we are lack of energy (ies) to study.diseases will only attack the weak, but not the strong.

Why are our bodies not strong?because we do not pay attention to exercise. for this reason, we students must often take different kinds (sorts) of exercise in the gym.

Exercise helps us (to) strengthen our bodies and avoid disease. it also teaches us cooperation, for most exercise is played by team.
