　　推薦信一般由標(biāo)題、稱呼、正文和落款四部分組成。

　　(一)標(biāo)題

　　推薦信的標(biāo)題一般由文種名構(gòu)成，即在第一行正中寫上“推薦信”三個字。有的推薦信由于寫推薦信同收推薦信雙方關(guān)系較熟則可以不要標(biāo)題。

　　(二)稱呼

　　推薦信要在第二行頂格寫上收信方領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的姓名和稱呼或只寫對方領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的職務(wù)，如“尊敬的××局局長：”。

　　如果推薦人同收推薦信的人是熟人朋友，則也可以用常見的私人信件一樣的稱呼，如“英華兄：”

　　(三)正文

　　推薦信的正文可以概括為開頭、中段和結(jié)尾三部分構(gòu)成。

　　1。開頭

　　推薦信的開頭既可以先問候一下對方，略敘思念之情，也可以開門見山直說其事，這要視你和對方的關(guān)系而定。假如你和對方見面較多，關(guān)系也較為密切，就無須太多的'客套話了。要在開頭介紹自己(或推薦人)的身份，以及自己同被推薦人之間的關(guān)系。同時說明寫此信的意圖。

　　2。中段

　　中段是推薦信的展開部分，要針對用人單位的情況需要，介紹被推薦人的一些情況，如學(xué)歷學(xué)位、專業(yè)特長、外語水平、業(yè)務(wù)能力以及其他能力；以使對方能通過引薦信對被引薦人產(chǎn)生好感，從而達到推薦人才的目的。

　　如果是自薦信，更要寫明自己在原來崗位未能發(fā)揮或沒有機會發(fā)揮的潛能和特長。

　　3。結(jié)尾

　　再次表達自己希望能辦成此事的愿望，懇請領(lǐng)導(dǎo)給予被推薦人工作或晉升機會，并向?qū)Ψ街乱愿屑ぷ８Ｖ椤＝Y(jié)尾處也可附上一些被推薦人業(yè)績的有關(guān)材料。

　　(四)落款

　　推薦信的落款要在正文右下方署上推薦者的姓名，以及成文日期的年月日。

　　有些推薦信還可以注明自己的詳細(xì)通訊地址，以備以后必要時的聯(lián)系之用。
