　　I got to know Miss xxx when she came to my company, at first, I didn’t care for her too much because she know little finance though she was good at mathematics, so I gave her two books: “knowledge securities” and “securities business service directory” and told her that she could contact the operation after she read two books. I was surprised by her coming to tell me that she already got a general idea about securities business and stockjobber after three days. I almost couldn’t believe the fact that she was be able to tell me what the flow of broker business was and what the concept of 投行business was. She was so smart and I allowed her to begin to practice in my company.

　　At the beginning of two weeks, I arranged her to do the basic broker business; her operator liked her very much because she was modest, liked to ask questions, did things earnestly and learned something quickly. After two weeks, she asked me whether she could take part in the developing department or not, I told her that she didn’t reach the requirement now because the developing department needed more professional knowledge, so I only arranged her to do probation. But she treasured this chance very much, for instance, at that time, we were busy to do fund market analysis and the developers were busy to consult website and analyze each companies ’finance forms, so I arranged her to clean up some materials and did document jobs, at the spare time, she began to consult the former analysis reports. She was so interested in each problem that she always asked others many questions, such as, how to realize it and how to analyze data, etc. when the practice was closed to end, she already knew many basic research ways of my company, for example, how to analyze stock value of securities business and how to set the price about the company stock. In the short four weeks, Miss xxx made great progress in the finance and I was impressed by her quick learning capability.
