　　甲方The first party：

　　乙方The second party: 深圳市安捷龍貨運(yùn)代理有限公司

　　一、協(xié)議內(nèi)容Content

　　本著互利互惠的原則，甲乙雙方經(jīng)友好協(xié)商就進(jìn)口貨物的運(yùn)輸事宜達(dá)成以下協(xié)議：With the principles of mutual benefit，the two parties will make an agreement on import transport as following:

　　1．由甲方委托乙方辦理香港進(jìn)口貨物運(yùn)輸業(yè)務(wù)，甲方承諾委托之貨物為合法產(chǎn)品；The first

　　party entrust the second party with import transpotation services from HongKong

　　and the first party must promise that the goods are legal.

　　2．甲方委托給乙方的貨物必須真實(shí)申報(bào)貨物品名、數(shù)量、價(jià)值、用途等產(chǎn)品，資料必須以

　　書面形式委托給乙方，如因甲方申報(bào)不符所造成的所有責(zé)任由甲方負(fù)責(zé)；The first party must provide the the second party with the real information of product’s name,number,value,purpose.all of this information must be represented to the second party in a written form, as a result of discrepancies caused by the first party declaration, the first party will be responsible for all liability.

　　3．為確保正常報(bào)關(guān)和辦理通關(guān)手續(xù)，乙方有權(quán)對進(jìn)口運(yùn)輸?shù)?貨物進(jìn)行開箱查檢。To ensure the regular procedure of declaring, the second party has right to open the box and check the goods.

　　4．甲方承諾委托之貨物不能夾帶易燃、易爆物品及國家規(guī)定禁止進(jìn)口之物品；

　　The first party must promise not to carry cargo consigned flammable, explosive materials and goods prohibited for import by state regulations.

　　5．甲方托運(yùn)內(nèi)容要求更改或取消時(shí)，必須書面形式通知乙方，在與乙方操作人員確認(rèn)可以

　　退件或終止運(yùn)輸方可取消訂單； Before checking the content, changing or canceling the transpotation terms, the first party must notify the second party in written form. Changes can be made only with the agreement of the secomd party.

　　6．如是因戰(zhàn)爭.臺(tái)風(fēng).地震等人力不可抗拒的自然災(zāi)害所產(chǎn)生的貨物丟失不予賠償給甲方外；由于其它任何原因或情況產(chǎn)生的貨物損壞和丟失，乙方應(yīng)在損失產(chǎn)生后5天內(nèi)以全額現(xiàn)金方

　　式賠償給甲方。If the products are lost because of the war, typhoon. earthquakes and other human irresistible natural disasters,the second party will never take responsibility. Due to other reasons or circumstances arising from any damage and loss of goods,they will pay 100% compensation for the loss in 5 days to the first party.

　　7．甲方索賠需乙方通知甲方貨物丟失之日起15日內(nèi)提出，過期視甲方放棄賠償；

　　In case goods are lost,the second party must notify the first party in 15 days before the date expires, for the first party to give up compensation.

　　二、付款方式payment

　　1．運(yùn)輸費(fèi)用Transpotation expenses（人民幣RMB：￥ 17 /KG計(jì)價(jià)；提貨費(fèi)delivery fee:220元/票，如無需提貨，則不用付提貨費(fèi)~如果是發(fā)從國外直接發(fā)快遞到香港公司，要收取

　　一個(gè)200元RMB關(guān)稅/票If no delivery,no payment~if the products are sent from foreign country to HongKong directly, you will pay tariff of 200RMB

　　此運(yùn)輸費(fèi)用為全包價(jià)格,不可產(chǎn)生其他任何額外費(fèi)用. This price contains all the transport expenses, may not produce any extra charges預(yù)算到達(dá)時(shí)間需要3天左右。Delivery time – 3 days.

　　費(fèi)用支付時(shí)間charge for time：貨到付款cash on delivery

　　3．甲、乙雙方欲終止本協(xié)議，應(yīng)正式書面通知對方業(yè)務(wù)部，待確認(rèn)后協(xié)議終止；

　　If both sides want to terminate the contract, one party will notify the other party in written form. Contract can be terminated after comfirmation.

　　三、協(xié)議修改agreement modification

　　本協(xié)議可經(jīng)雙方書面確認(rèn)通知另一方修改內(nèi)容，經(jīng)雙方共同簽字確認(rèn)后以簽字日期為

　　準(zhǔn)立即生效，任何修改或補(bǔ)充內(nèi)容雙方未簽字確認(rèn)前仍按原協(xié)議內(nèi)容執(zhí)行。This agreement can be modified and become effective only when both parties make an agreement about the content.

　　四、法律與仲裁law and arbitration

　　如雙方產(chǎn)生法律糾紛并經(jīng)協(xié)商無法達(dá)成一致，雙方同意委托當(dāng)?shù)胤ㄔ赫{(diào)解，仲裁或訴訟解決。If both sides can not produce legal disputes and can not reach agreement by negotiation, both sides agree to commission a local court mediation, arbitration or litigation to resolve.

　　五、協(xié)議生效agreement

　　1．本協(xié)議自雙方簽訂日起生效，一單一簽，有效期至甲方收貨后7日內(nèi)確認(rèn)無異議則自動(dòng)終止，否則自動(dòng)順延；This Agreement shall take effect from the date contract is signed by both parties, a single sign, valid until 7 days after receiving confirmation party without objection will automatically terminate, or automatically extended.

　　2．在協(xié)議執(zhí)行過程中，如雙方有何異議，雙方應(yīng)以友好協(xié)商的方法解決。如任何一方要終止協(xié)議應(yīng)提前一個(gè)月以書面形式通知對方。任何一方須履行協(xié)議中未盡事宜并負(fù)相應(yīng)責(zé)任。If any different opinions during the execution of the agreement, both sides should use friendly consultations way to reach the aggrement. If any party wants to terminate the agreement,there should be a written notice from one party to another one month in advance. Implementation of the agreement by either party to be held in the outstanding issues and the corresponding responsibility.
