Dear Mr. Jackson,

He is highly qualified and has a great deal of experience, which should be very relevant to the position. Mr. Jones is able to turn what appears to be a disadvantage into a chance to benefit him and the company. For example, if he receives a letter of complaint from a customer, he is able to reply in such a way, which not only satisfies the customer but increases his faith in the company. Two years ago, when a serious fire destroyed most of the spinning section in our main factory, Mr. Jones took the opportunity to re-design the layout of the entire area and order safer and more efficient machinery, doubling our previous output.
