Audit financial statements (Income Statement, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow) and perform audit testing i.e. review cash reconciliation prepared by the administrator, recalculation of fund management fee and performance fee etc;
Constant dealing with Fund Administrator, Transfer Agency, Investment Manager and Prime Broker;

Prepare fund of fund pricing testing in accordance with practice aid on AU332 issued by AICPA (The American Institute of Certified Public Accountants) and review of the assessment of Investment Manager’s initial due diligence pre-investment procedures and ongoing monitoring post-investment procedures;
Managing teams of up to ten people and developed invaluable teamwork and leadership skills, dealing with co-workers and deadlines in a busy and pressurized environment. |
