稱呼要準確
求職信往往是首次交往，未必對用人單位有關(guān)人員的姓名熟悉，所以在求職信件中可以直接稱職務(wù)頭銜等，如“上海煤氣總公司負責(zé)人”、“國發(fā)公司經(jīng)理”、“北京配件廠長”。求職信的目的在于求職，帶有“私”事公辦的意味，因而稱呼要求嚴肅謹慎，不可過分親見，以免給人以“套近乎”或者阿諛、唐突之嫌。當(dāng)然禮貌性的致辭還是可以適當(dāng)使用的。
問候要真誠
無論是經(jīng)常通信的還是素昧平生的，信的開頭應(yīng)有問候語。向?qū)Ψ絾柡蛞宦暎潜夭豢缮俚亩Y儀。問候語可長可短，即使短到“您好”兩字，也體現(xiàn)出寫信人的一片真誠，而不是“應(yīng)景文章”。問候要切合雙方關(guān)系，交淺不宜言深，以簡捷、自然為宜。
